Good Quality work out of this workshop. Jason has been in the business for a long time and knows his craft well.In fact both Jason & Andrew do a great honest job. These guys are reliable, have attention to detail and deliver on their promises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any type of panel/paint work, from complete restorations to minor repairs.

Jason was so accommodating and very responsive, and has always given me the best price & service, plus he is very honest! He's done a couple of repairs for me already in the past, and my recent visit to his workshop was to fix a slight scratch on my back bumper. Even though his workshop is completely out of the way for me (as I have relocated earlier this year) I did not hesitate to get him to look after my car, as he always has in the past. I had to get both our cars repaired in the space of a month. I found Jason at Isabella Smash through a local search and sent him an email on a Saturday afternoon. He replied immediately and by Monday we had the car booked in, assessed and ready for the repair to commence. Jason's customer service is unbelievable. He walked me through the repairs step by step and sent me progress pics all through the process which to me showed transparency and someone who prides themselves on delivering a quality product for their customers. Jason, you have my business for life and the job you did on both cars was fantastic and I am glad our paths crossed as you are not only a great smash repairer but a good and decent human. I am also glad that my neighbours will also experience the Isabella Smash treatment as they too were sold on the pure fact that you go out of your way to make the process as painless as possible. Came in for panel changes and headlight replacement, left pretty happy with the job done. Jason's a top bloke who is very accommodating to the needs of his customers, communicates well and is fair on the prices. Would recommend.

I sent through photos of my car which had recently been in a motor vehicle accident for a quote on repair. The company was extremely helpful and kept in touch whenever I needed it. They gave me reasons why certain parts of my car needed repairing and explained it extremely well and clearly allowing me to have confidence in there service. Unfortunately the car was a write off but I would’ve been extremely glad to use there business for the damage to be repaired. Over-all a great company with friendly staff and I will be glad to recommend them to friends and family. Hopefully though, I will not be requiring smash services again !! Thank you very much Isabella.
