Just Cuts

I have used this salon for a number of years (8 or 9) now and have always found it to be good if not great at times. But today I booked through the app and it showed 15 to 20 minute wait and pressed check-in. I made myself known to staff and waited in view outside. After 25 minutes and seeing someone come to the counter and book through the counter booking system, they went in and started to get their hair done. I went to the counter and ask if my booking had come through to their system, I was told no and to book in and wait. Now by this time I had already been waiting 45 minutes and to just be told to book in and wait was so rude. As I said, staff had seen me waiting. Will re think my loyalty to this business.

I've been coming here for several years now and always get the best cut and service. The whole team are wonderful and I always leave feeling renewed.

Booked in at the front as usual and saw a 30min wait time. Proceeded to entertain my 7 month old and 2 year old. Waited almost an hour and still had no text. Headed back to the salon ta ask about my appointment and was told there were still clients ahead of me. Cancelled on the spot and won't be back. Waste of time and energy.

I went in to finally get my hair cut (long to short) because it's been so hot and so much effort to was, dry and put up everyday but Stef done an amazing job trying to tame my thick hair after cutting it

My mother got a haircut here the other day and the service was terrible. Lady said she’s been doing hair for 7 years but didn’t wet the hair to cut it, did not follow request my mother had asked for. My mother asked for a fringe and left with NO fringe which she had asked for , an uneven haircut with it shorter at the back than the front which WAS NOT what she asked for and still had little bits of long strands of hair! And did not even give a mirror for her to check her hair before leaving nor showed her hair for her either! If I could I’d give 0 stars.

Thanks to Stef and team @ JustCuts Mt Ommaney. For the time-poor like me your walk-in appointments are a blessing, and fantastic value for money. Low cost but definitely NOT low quality. Keep up the great work!

Love getting my hair cut here. I don’t have a specific stylist when I come but they’re all good. I’ve been coming here for years now. Everyone is really friendly and cuts hair very well. Love the app too cos I can check the wait time on my phone before I come and check in

Came here with my partner to get her hair thinned and layered and bought salon quality hair dye to dye her hair at home for an absolute fraction of the price of going to any of the other hair salons in the shopping centre. The lady there Belinda I believe her name was, was a lovely, knowledgeable lady who swiftly but accurately cut my partner's hair to her liking. Overall I recommend this hair dresser to anyone who likes quality on a budget and is happy to dye their hair at home because as they do sell salon quality dyes, as their name suggests, the shop does, just hair cuts.
