There's a new lady here who is *extremely* rude, she seemed to want to pick a fight because I had no ID on me, got nasty when i showed her my AusPost account details as proof of who I am, was angrily telling me that those details don't have any parcel information"

Australia Post - Lynwood LPO
I spent an hour and a half at Lynwood LPO speaking to Sachi regarding a cancellation of a service, which in the end he couldn't do for me and even after calling the helpline he was still unable to get anywhere. After spending an hour and a half I was fed up and tired of wasting my valuable time, so ended up leaving with my issue unresolved. I now have to spend hours on the phone trying to sort the issue. Sachi offered no apology and was very rude about the whole situation and offered no manners.

Worst post office in the area. Staff are rude. Don't bother making time to help you. And when they can't find your parcel they go ahead and tell you they'll call you when they've found it (and when they have time to look) and expect you to make the time to come back again! Disappointed this is the only post office my parcels get sent to.

I've always found this store and the staff very helpful and obliging. Unfortunately the same can't be said for Australia Post ! I tried to phone this store, but found only a 13 ++++++ number. This spelt out the usual format these days, an unusual number of calls, so only urgent calls could be taken. I was directed to an online website which was just as useless ... no information at all on what my enquiry was about. I was about to input a rude message, but felt I couldn't waste my time and energy. To what avail????

Australia Post - Lynwood LPO
Absolutely terrible service from a male named sachi. Wasn't helpful, was rude and I won't ever return to purchase anything from the store again. Went to pick up a parcel with id and he told me it was in the too hard basket to look for without the slip which was accidentally thrown out. Really disappointed and won't go back!!

Staff have always been friendly and patient from my experience. Been frequenting this post office for the past 7 years.
