Without a doubt one of the best cocktail bars I've ever been too on earth. Nick and the staff have an encyclopaedic knowledge of mixology and are next level in their customer service and experience. Service is prompt, the drinks are the best you'll ever have.This place wouldn't be out of place in inner west Sydney, the Valley in Brisbane or Fitzroy, Melbourne. As trendy and inner city as any place could be. In the middle of Port Douglas.A massive, massive selection of spirits from all over the world, you cannot miss this place if you enjoy cocktails. Ask them to make something! Best I've ever had. Ask for Nick!!!!!!!

What an awesome venue, by far the best cocktail lounge we have ever been too. The welcoming and hospitality from Alex and the team was outstanding. The mixing of the cocktails and knowledge was first class. Cannot wait to return again on out next visit to Port Douglas

Being on holidays in Port Douglas I tried to gain entry into this lovely Venue to be told by an American staff member that I was not welcomed. Gobsmacked I asked why and was not given a reason. Whilst asking why I had the Manger place his hand on me which was uncallled for and billeying me to leave even though I wa just at the door. I hope the owner reviews the CCTV of the incident and corrects the American Managers leadership. Plenty of other great establishments in town I would suggest you stay away from this Venue which seems to only cater for American patriots.

Every time we stay in Port Douglas we drop in to Jimmy Rums for a cocktail or two. Great service and amazing drinks knowledge. What tops it off is the cool, understated vibe of the place. And the drinks menu? Get your camera ready as plenty on the list come with spectacular drama!

Jimmy Rumms does not disappoint, never has. Relaxed place for pre or post dinner drinks, awesome atmosphere. The bar staff are true mixologists, and they make the BEST cocktails bar none. Alex the manager is the nicest guy, and if you don't know what you want, tell him what sort of drinks you like and he has great suggestions. The traditional sezerac is pretty good! Must stop place if you are visiting.

Sophisticated cocktails, expertly mixed, shaken or flamed! If this classy lounge was in Sydney, it would be hidden down a back alleyway, and known only to the local bohemians. However, it's right in the main St of Port Douglas. Enjoy.

This place is a cocktail haven!!! By far some of the best made cocktails I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is has a different era type of vibe when you’re in there, and staff were fast efficient and friendly. There are so many cocktails to choose from, and a chilli margarita to your spice (you can choose from 1-10 heat) is a must try! I’ll be absolutely recommending this place to sit and have a drink. The bill does come at the end so remember while you’re ordering it’s easy to rack up a good tab whilst in there- come prepared but you won’t be disappointed!
