It is very rare to find a health care professional who sincerely cares about you as an individual in the way that Sharmayne does. She has worked through my tension areas in ways I didn't know was possible and had never experienced from any other massage therapist. From her I have a greater understanding of how my muscular skeletal system affects my overall health. I highly recommend her and am experiencing massive benefits after only a few visits

Sharmayne has treated me during pregnancy and when I’ve had acute body pain for over 10 years. She is truly a god send and so knowledgeable and passionate about health and wellness. She has helped with inflammation in my body and her massage and chiropractic techniques are amazing. Her gentle approach has also been effective with my 3 children when they’ve had pain or injuries or for an adjustment. I can’t find anyone like her in Sydney now that has moved to the Sunshine Coast!!! Even the girls say ‘we need Sharmayne.’ I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
