Do not go here unless you want a headache - honestly the worst computer repairer I've ever come across and I've encountered some bad ones. Incompetent technical advice. Told in a clear email and advised it was the left fan broken on my computer - when it was the right side. I on their advice purchased the wrong fan to instal and they blamed me. Rude. Inconsiderate. Would not even pay the postage to return the item. Tried to argue that it was the left side if the computer was upsidedown. And told me I was at fault for not buying both fans when it was totally unnecessary as one worked fine, in order to absolve themselves of responsibility for telling me the wrong fan was broken. They could have simply apologised and paid for the incorrect fan to be returned, instead I got long emails justifying their stupidity based on nonsensical logic. Wasted a huge amount of my time sorting it out. Tried to convince me to buy a new computer which was not needed then could not even get a supplier so I could buy it. A confused mess of a repairer who claimed I was rude and demanding simply because I complained when I found out I had ordered the wrong fan due to their incompetence. Truly an Irish joke this repair shop! They should change the name to Fawlty Towers IT.
