Where to start hairs in 2 out of 3 of my drinks, the man controlling the ct machine (same person who handed me my drinks) raising his voice and pointing and saying one thing then another acting like a child could barely understand one word he said while he was having his tantrum because the machine was playing up, also gave a little nudge with his hand for no reason while walking to the room with the ct scan.Was only after I complained I dealt with the manager or supervisor, they where nice so was the nurse who gave me the contrast injection. But that one guy needs to be trained better not fired just trained how to interact and communicate with people better.

Very good experience overall, turning an uncomfortable experience into a pleasant one. I definitely will recommend to anyone for radiology needs.

Went in today for my dating scan, very disappointed with the service. I have numerous friends also pregnant who went elsewhere and were provided a much better experience. This is my first pregnancy and nothing was explained. I got to listen to the heart beat for 3 seconds if that and wasn’t told if it was beating at a normal rate or not. Was an extremely rushed experience. During these tough times where your partner can’t be there to experience it all with you, you’d think some more compassion would be shown.

OMG do not use this company, the one in Pakenham is hopeless, and the one in Arena, jeeezus, today i made a booking to have an ultrasound on my kidneys, full bladder required. There were 2 men in there chatting away about their weekends, one was on the phone chatting to a mate and the other one was wandering in and out of the building. I did have a sneaky suspicion these were the operators and when i asked the receptionist how long i had to wait as its been nearly 20 minutes and with a full bladder thats uncomfortable she spoke quietly to the young one and then they both get up get the clipboards and wander off to the back. Got my referral and left. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE.

Receptionist is so rude, she should not be the contact point for patients with her lack of personal skills. Was only nice when talking to someone she knew on the phone, personal conversations for us all to hear. Terrible experience from start to finish.

Very Un professional centre, I have asked that its an urgent test as I am in severe stone pain, so if I can get report early but they said there is nothing like urgent will take 2-3 days minimum. Its now been more then a week and I am in severe pain & still waiting for my reports.

The man who was working today really needs to have more training in communication with children especially a child who has ASD. Very rude mannerism towards children and adults. Bad experience for my son, he never wants to go back.

Don't go here if your booking down syndrome ultrasound as I was advised that you need to go to Pakenham because the scenographer there doesn't do them. Reception was very blunt

All the staff were lovely and friendly. They were professional and great at their jobs.Entrance was easy to find.
