Two Monkeys Cycling

Brought my bike in as I was struggling with my climbing and 90km plus rides. Dave took his time to listen to my concerns and explained the Pros and Cons with each possible solution. In the end, I opted for compact gearing. This morning I smashed 5 minutes on the same ride I did on 3 days ago. Thank you TMC!!!!

Excellent service with smiles and good chats - a chilled attitude which reminded me of home. After a phone call regarding a bike I was looking at purchasing they offered a basic fitting service to ensure I was looking at the correct size. Said I was travelling via train and arrived at their store later that day. Was greeted kindly with smiles and good conversation, offered coffee and food (great coffee and ANZAC biscuits!). Then onto the bikes, they asked what I wanted out of it, knew my budget (from phone call). From there they suggested some models and sizes, I had a ride on two with the trainer (it was raining), I felt great on the particular model I was first interested in. From there, I got a great package deal with bike, cleats and pedals. I'm planning my next visit just to say hello!

Bought my wife's and daughter's bike from Two Monkeys. They are very knowledgable, personable and take the time to answer all questions. The community bike spirit is high and welcoming and we personally come in twice a week to have a chat and their awesome coffee.

Very friendly, welcoming and personable staff who are very helpful. Have been here a few times and will definitely be making this my go-to outlet. You can tell when staff love what they do!

Really good guys one guy is a bit clever or thinks he is on phone he told me the labour would be 15$ and when I went to the shop he asked for 20$. Besides that the other staff members are humble and give you genuine advice and their service is great and the guy with ponytail he gives you good advice and is not after the money as everyone in the business. I go there when my bicycle needs work and I leave satisfied as always.

I went in with a $4k hole burning in my pocket but was not served. The sales assistant was with other customers but at no time acknowledged my presence. Fine, I thought I'd have a coffee while I wait for service. There was a guy at the bar counter having a coffee but no barista. That guy actually was the barista but at no time move to offer service. Weird vibe at this shop. I don't think they want to sell stuff.

Bought a balance bike for my daughter and a few bits as I maintain my own bikes. Good prices and excellent customer service. Wish I had found the shop sooner!

Best service in Sydney! Jeff the mechanic could tell me the year and origin of my old Apollo and went to the trouble of finding parts out of his own shed so he could have my bike fixed in less than 24 hours!! Great experience, bunch of deadset legends -10/10.

Excellent customer service, great deals, everything you need for your bike. Been here twice for my bike problems and have always receive exceptional service with great value! The place is nice, cozy, and chill too. Definitely the place for all your bike needs.
