They did a great job . They did quite a few repairs and part replacements for me plus inspection and service . They always informed me of what it needed and what had happened and always seeked permission before they went ahead . They were polite, friendly and professional. They are honest and really know their stuff. The line of communication was also good as was the overall price for all the work done. They also explained and showed me things in a way that I could understand and I received a itemised invoice for all problems found and repairs and replacements done. I’m very happy as a first time customer and I’d definitely recommend them. Thanks guys , for a great job and experience @ Downs automotive .
