If I could have given 0 stars I would have!Worst customer service going around.My son was fitted wrong, wore the shoes once before I realised. They would not exchange them. Any other shop/retail store would.Do not shop here unless you want to be extremely disappointed. I will be taking this matter further!

We had Adam help us choose shoes. He was amazing. He knew what he was talking about and was very helpful when choosing out our basketball shoes. It was an experience. He was really nice and even went so far as to keep the store open for us because we were there late. I could not say enough about how great it was. 11/10 would recommend to anyone. Definitely going back there!

I purchased a pair of running sneakers. The service was outstanding from Adam the salesman. He took the time to give me a wide range of options to suit my needs. He offered great advice and a friendly service. If you’re after honest advice and personalised service, then go and see Adam.

A great store with an amazing range. The staff a very friendly and happy to go out of their way to help. They went about and beyond helping a person with a disability that I support get a new pair of shoes. I will definitely be back with the people I support and to shop for myself.

Excellent customer service every time! No matter which staff are on when we visit, whether it's the Casey Central or Cranbourne store (at least once a week), they are all extremely friendly, inclusive and accomodating. Whether they are existing staff and know us as regulars or new staff whi have never met us,, they are always helpful and patient with my son who has a disability. Good customer service is extremely rare these days and this is one store I would never hesitate in recommending. Best customer service I have experienced for a while, not just today but every time we visit. Thanks for making us feel welcome,From the Red shoes" kid & his family"

Went to inter sports today with severe foot pain.After discussing at length with Adam what I needed, he found what worked for me.Adam went above and beyond to help me find the right shoe, with the right sock and all.He suggested I try wearing them all day,so I have had them on from 9.30 to 5.30, have not had any foot pain at all.Thank you so much Adam for all your help and being patient.Great store will definitely being going back there for further runners and anything required for my sporting needs.Amazing service

A huge thank you to Adam and the team, went in needing shoes for my little man and he was incredibly genuine and knowledgeable. Gave me a great deal as we were on a budget but also gave me quality and valuable information on what to look our for when shoe shopping for little developing feet. I am very thankful for the customer service and skill as I am sure my son will be also with his new shoes which he says “feels like a big hug” around his feet.

My two children thought Adam was awesome!! They even repeated everything he said to their Dad when he got home, explaining what they needed for their feet and why. They even did the twist of the shoe test!Both of them love their new shoes and have been comfortable all day.Great costumer service

Store refused my refund the very next day for something that was given to me in the wrong size and unopened with receipt. Then when I came back the next year to use the voucher they gave me it had expired by one month and they refused it. This is against consumer law as they are not allowed to expire for three years. So you have stolen $50 from me. Staff were also horrible to deal with and talk to about this issue. Arrogant and won't budge an inch to help you. Just want to stick to their horrible store polices. Worst customer service experienced.
