Fully Airconditioned recently replaced our old gas and evaporative temperature control system with a new reverse cycle system.Throughout the process from quote to completion they worked productively with us, communicated well and ensured the job was done to a high standard.I'm very happy with our choice of provider as well as the outcome.

TL;DR Awesome service, everything you want a team of tradespeople to be. The only issue is the long wait time to get an installation day, a victim of their own success!We've used the team twice now, once to install a reverse cycle unit in an apartment and more recently to installed a ducted system in a house.When installing the ducted system they provided us with a very comprehensive quote that listed out a number of brands, units, and optional extras based on an uploaded floor plan. Then came to do a site inspection and talk through the options with us until we were confident with our choice.Both times the team (and all subcontractors they use) have been professional, prompt, and always happy to talk through options and give advice. They've always shown us how to use the devices once they are set up, and advised on the most cost effective way to run the system.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team to any friends or family looking to get work done.

Tom and his crew arrived on time. They installed the new air conditioning unit with professionalism and competence. Upon completion, they vacuumed the areas where they had worked, removing the old unit. The boys also explained to me how the controller worked, giving me a demonstration. Fully Airconditioned installed two systems for my house. The lower level is perfect. Upper level barely works at all. I have the My Air system on it, and two of the zones are quite large.In one large area they put one duct in a normal place, but put the second duct for this large zone in a small adjoining bathroom (why would someone want a duct in a bathroom?) Therefore, the large room has completely inadequate coverage so system will never reach thermostat and just keep going and going. To correct the non stopping, the peanut placed the sensor directly under the vent ( I am not kidding).In my other large zone, they installed two ducts, one in a logical place, the other in my walk in robe. On what planet would someone want a cold bedroom and a cozy walk in robe?I asked for a solution a number of times, was referred to the contract that they take no responsibility for where the ducts are installed and somehow it is my fault.Save your frustration and go to a company that has more than an elementary understanding of convection.*thanks for you reply Craig. No, it's not an error or a fake review. The suggestion u have makes sense, except it ignores the actual problem that the outlets are in the wrong rooms, that is the bathroom and walk in robe.

Would highly recommend these guys. We had a large ducted system installed (to replace a single reverse cycle in one room only), throughout the whole house and then after using the system for a few months realised we needed to add an additional zone and outlet. From quote to installation our dealings with this company have been nothing but professional and exemplary. No complaints at all. We have the MyAir multi zone system and after some initial fun connecting to the system, have had no issues since. Thank you to all the team.
