100% yes, you need Chloe and you want her right away! We hired Chloe to coordinate our DIY wedding in the Hunter Valley. From the first phone call Chloe sets you at ease with her up-beat nature and planning expertise. There’s so much to do with a DIY wedding but Chloe’s knowledge and guidance makes it straightforward.In the lead-up Chloe was responsive and creative. Whatever your vibe is, Chloe can vibe it too. She’s your ultimate hype woman from the moment you book her. She also managed all our vendor contact in the weeks prior, so we could focus on ourselves rather than stress about admin tasks and timelines. This alone is a godsend.On the day, Chloe was attentive, assertive, and an absolute ray of sunshine over the wedding. She simultaneously made sure we were fed, watered, and having the time of our lives while also managing every other vendor on site. If there was a crisis or a mistake on our wedding day, I couldn’t tell you about it. That’s how good Chloe is.Important to mention vendors love working with Chloe as much as couples do. This skill is a must if you're having a DIY wedding and Chloe has it! Her network is expansive and she has excellent suggestions for anyone you haven’t booked yet.We’re eternally grateful to Chloe for all her hard work and effort which made our day feel absolutely effortless.

She really is worth her weight in GOLD!!From my very first phone call with Chloe I was instantly drawn to her warm nature and bubbly voice, it was like I had know her my whole life and I knew we needed her!We booked Chloe for the Wedding Legend package and in the lead up, there was no question unanswered or request too large. If you needed help, she helped, if you needed advice, she gave it to you and let me tell you... sometimes you really need someone with a wealth of experience and knowledge who does this day in and day out. It is invaluable.On the day, Chloe felt like an extension of the family and friends we had invited and we felt so honoured to have a friendly face and new friend coordinate our day. She radiated calmness and cool, just generally being a completed boss with her trusty clipboard!I particularly loved how she grabbed me and we did a walk through to ensure my set up from my ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was how I had envisioned it (Redleaf, staying on-site).Honestly I cannot thank Chloe enough, she is an angel sent from heaven and our special day was absolutely perfect, beyond our wildest dreams and we know she had a huge part to play in that. xx

Some people come into your life and make it bright, shiny, seamless, perfect. This is Chloe. We were on the fence about having any kind of coordinating/planning help as I am a self-confessed type A human and spent a huge proportion of our Melbourne lockdown planning our wedding from afar. But even with most of it done it just felt like something was missing in order to bring it to life (stress free!!!). As soon as I started my hunt for a coordinator and came across Chloe, I knew we had to have her. She had this whole energy about her that basically told me that had we gone to school/uni together, we would have been best friends. She was attentive, calm, bubbly, and organised from the minute we had her on board, and she will forever be one of our greatest investments. The day was INCREDIBLE and this would not have been possible without her. Don't even question whether you need Chloe involved in your wedding planning, just do it. Our guests commented how amazing she was and we couldn't agree more. She was everywhere, all at once, and there is no one quite like her. Out of all the money we spent on our wedding Chloe was 100% the best use of our money and we couldn’t recommend booking her more highly. She is so good at what she does but also brings a warmth to your wedding day like a trusted lifelong friend is looking after you. She helps make your day the best it can be with her expert knowledge and experience so you can enjoy every moment. We had a BYO venue, which can be quite overwhelming to plan for but Chloe is the most amazing person to put all your stress at ease. In times when I thought we were overwhelming her with too much to do she took it in her stride and made it better than we envisaged. I also highly recommend booking her in for your bump-in day if that’s an option. She worked so well with all our other vendors and coordinated everything perfectly. We were expecting to at least have one hiccup part of the day but it turned out to be the most perfect weekend/day and that’s in big part thanks to Chloe so definitely book her in asap – she is so worth it!

Whether you are having a small or big wedding, she hands-down will ensure everything goes smoothly and think of things you didn't even know was possible.Our most favourite part of having Chloe is how she easily communicated and worked with the venue to ensure our vibe came to life. We so appreciated how she kept us up to date with everything throughout the process, including Face-timing me whilst I was in the make-up chair to double check I was happy with the set up. Chloe also organised for a buggy to drive my bridal party and I down to the ceremony area, which was a total celebrity moment. I was ready to just walk down there.We KNOW Chloe did everything humanly possible for our day to be as magical as it was. She does it all with the biggest grin and positive energy. We would book Chloe 10 times over again if we could.Do yourself a favour, book her in now!

Chloe is an absolute wedding angel!! She made the whole process coordinating our wedding so so easy & had so many great tips for how and when to do things on our day which was greatly appreciated! Chloe is the best decision we made for our wedding day. The lead up was stress free and at times almost eerily quiet because Chloe just had it all 100% handled. She helped us with the flow of our wedding timeline and made sure that the day reflected us as a couple and what we wanted from the day. She was the extra bridesmaid that we never knew we needed and our day would not have been anywhere near as fun, stress free or personal without her. We had guests coming up to us during the evening commenting that everything about the day was just perfect - we absolutely have Chloe to thank for that.If you're on the fence about whether having a coordinator is worth it - if your coordinator is Chloe, it 1000000% is.

Divine intervention comes to mind when I think of Chloe and how she came to be a part of our big day. I kept having the same recurring dream where I was too busy social butterflying through our big day, an unorganized mess that never made it down the aisle when an ad for ‘Your Day by Chloe’ popped up on my instagram. I took this as a sign, and I thank my lucky stars that I looked into that instagram ad hahah. I laugh at myself for ever thinking I could do it without a coordinator and to top it off someone as fantastic as Chloe. Chloe’s eye for detail, immaculate organization and punctuality is second to none! I can’t believe how smoothly the day went, but I look back confidently knowing that had everything to do with Chloe!
