One of the best vanilla slice that I have the fortune to sample. Their Swiss roll is highly recommended too. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful place to stop over on your way passing through the town.

It’s very hard to sit and right a bad review in Covid times, but when you buy one item, a Custard tart at Bakeries and Cake shops across Australia you see and taste the good and the bad & unfortunately my Experience at Flesser’s Bakery was the latter.The tart looked ok in the cabinet & yes at $4:50 it was on the dear side for a custard tart at a bakery, but I thought I would give it a go, bad move. When I opened the bag at morning tea, the custard looked more white than yellow, the pastry thin and dark. When I took a bite the custard had little flavour and was in my view quite watery, certainly not creamy, the pastry was quite hard, again with little flavour and seemed to be over cooked.The tart was really disappointing.

Sausage rolls were half air and not at all crispy like you expect. No herbs made it just bland. Lamb pie was really good minus the bones. Male staff member was so rude and doesn't seem to know how to smile. Just wanted me to hurry up and pick what i wanted and leave. It's honestly not worth it and would definitely recommend helping out some of the other local businesses instead of this place.

This place has the most amazing vanilla slice. It’s been around since 1985 and the baked goods are so good! If you get into Canungra, try the slice!!! It’s situated besides food works opposite the school!

Friendly service and great tasting pies and sausage rolls. Cream buns were nice a fresh too!
