Great experience, fresh food and friendly staff Mikki served us and made adjustments to my meal to suit me with no fuss, which other places can be rude over. Obviously the customer comes first at Betty's Burgers, great work Bettys staff :)

We Come here after work regularly, always great food and excellent customer service. Was even offered to have our water bottles filled before leaving by the staff member Cody, who always has a smile and positive attitude. Definitely recommend!

Went here for a friends birthday (just 4 of us) and it was lovely, the staff were so kind and welcoming. AMAZING food, and great service. Cody especially made our experience amazing. Highly recommend trying it out.

Food was so good!! Staff were very nice as always. Mia was super friendly! She offered to bring our food to our table so we didn’t have to get up. Thank you Mia for your service ☺️ will definitely be back soon!

It's one of my favorite hamburger shops The atmosphere is a bright and livelyfriendly staff.fresh and yummyBut I think a little bit more expensive better than the other burger shops

Yesterday we came in with a group of 13 people. They did not disappoint. Friendly staff. Even when we had a massive $330 order. They were lovely about it and very fast with bringing out all the food together. The hit for us was the Noosa burger and the chocolate peanut butter thick shake. We will definitely be back again.Thank you to our waitress Ruby. She was amazing.

Not one to pass up on a tasty deal! especially when it's a BB deal! (2 for $10 shakes)Dined here last week with my sister while out browsing the centre. Plenty of seating. Inside the restaurant or just outside which has nice calming views of the water feature.We were greeted by a cheerful and welcoming lad who directed us to the counter to order once we had decided on our menu choices.We ordered the Choc Peanut Butter amd the new Byron Bay Cookie (Tropical Mango & Passionfruit) shakes.CPB is usually my go to which my sister tried. I had the BBC which was a nice fruity change, would be happy to order again. My sister like myself enjoyed hers too.Thanks BB for another tasty experience.

Although busy, the staff were all fabulous. The store ran smoothly and efficiently. Mikki was super sweet and speedy with my drink order and my burger was amazing. Cudos to all the staff

Amy and Charlize were amazing in their customer service. Both nice and patient in the ordering process aswell- even cleaning the table before we sat down!Quick and efficient service too.10/10 would recommend.
