Work IPad which was hidden under the seat was stolen or “went missing” after a wheel alignment at my car Armidale . The manager was very unhelpful and there was no process at all to help improve service. I also asked if they could possibly look at cctv footage and was refused.

Mycar in NSW is the most rip-off ever. Ppl in high position think they are God, especially the State manager for NSW is the most rude person ever, no one, and i mean no one can tell him what to do. I'm surprised he still has a job there.

Wrong judgment on my break system issue. Squeaky was actually front one of the back wheels, but told me the squeaky was from the front. Then put the new brake pads, sensors and rotors on the front wheels. A week later I asked mycar team to check it again and they didn’t even check it but just sprayed something on the pads. Squeaky is with me every day after I paid 750.Maybe my fault, mycar is just a tyre shop!!!

Demanded payment before providing me documentation on what they did, Over priced compared to other shops. Definitely will not be returning. Convenience is there only plus.
