What a great experience with this property! Simply Love it.We really Enjoyed this two storey home set in beautiful Encounter Bay, Victor Harbor. A peaceful place, with great outdoor eating areas. This is really an ideal place for a family holiday with nearly 12 people can sleep and enjoy the balcony area with a great backyard, We really loved the ocean view from every angle of the property. It was really very clean, Neat and tidy. You cant enjoy something better than this in your life staying at this property. Try your best to experience it once in your life and you will be happy and relaxed.

Not a great accomodation experience unfortunately. We were greeted by a live cockroach on the mattress of the sofa bed as we unfolded for our daughter. Also hot water system does not appear to be working. We contacted site host and she sent us a long winded text basically saying that the (one) plumber the owners use was unavailable but went on to explain the system has limitations (We got the impression they had explained it to other guests in the past). Also the wheelie bin was left on the front yard completely full when we arrived so guessing it had not been put out in time for collection prior to us arriving, which made it difficult for our families to manage waste.No lighting in the shed for the kids to play on the fusball table. All in all site just feeling quite run-down.The single beds down stairs were comfy and the backyard was good for our dog.

Beautiful house to stay with our family! Loved walking down and along the beach everyday.
