Always friendly receptionists & have been seeing Dr Laden for the past 7 years. Very happy.

Visiting from Sydney and my child is unwell. This place seems to be the only place open on a public holiday and I'm not familiar with the area. Walked in and was met by an extremely rude receptionist right off the bat. Interrogating me about cold and flu symptoms and needing a rat test before seeing a doctor. Not a problem, happy to do it but the attitude this woman gave me was absolutely disgusting. No way was I paying $250 for an after hours consult fee either if your receptionist is that openly rude to sick patients.I can only imagine what the doctors are like.

Covid injection could have been set up alittle better e.g. seated in the waiting room them come out and you have to go outside in the freezing cold to wait your 15 mins. Nurse is quicker than the Dr that you should see before you have the jab.

I have bad anxiety and most times I find it hard to remember things and dificulty speaking on the phone. I called the number provided online to arrange an appointment for a family member who is showing signs of being ill to see a doctor and a women answered, she began to ask me alot of hard to answer questions in quite a harsh tone and began making assumptions about me and my family member and laughing when I was finding it hard to answer correctly making me feel very uncomfortable, it was extremely hard to arrange an appointment but eventually got her to book one in for my family member, after speaking to this lady on the phone I felt very anxious and sick, a little compassion would have gone a long way but I was not shown any.

We are travelling Australia and I needed repeat scripts, Dr Abm said go to your own Dr. I saidhe is 1000 miles away. Receptions ist wasfriendly. Nothing good about this clinic. Probs with my feet looked over his desk and said I'll prescribe you this cream. Rudest Dr ever, agree with all the comments about him.

Without a doubt the most awful experience I have ever had at a medical practice. I went in for a replacement script, as I had misplaced my original. This was for a regular, every day but essential medication, so not for something dubious.The doctor I saw just did not get what I asked. He did not get it. I tried to explain several times that I just needed my script re-issued. He went into a rant about how irresponsible I was and I should have plenty of medication left.He wrote down calculations and shoved them in my face and was so angry, saying You should have plenty

I have been seeing Dr Babic now for 10 years , she is fantastic, always willing to lister to you . She really cares about her patients.The reception staff are alway polite as well.

Our doctor is Dr Perera and she is brilliant, is always easy to talk to and she listens. Severely overworked, so only on a few occasions, I’ve felt just a little annoyed as she just didn’t have the time to fully satisfy my concerns.All staff at the surgery do an amazing job, even though there is a definite need for another doctor to help fill the void.Dr Abm on the other hand is a rude, disinterested doctor who can’t even look up from his computer screen, won’t make an effort to look at whatever you’ve come to seek help for, and is totally incompetent - should retire.

Dr.Babic is great my wife and I have been her patients for over 13yrs this says it all also staff 100%.
