Despite going in at literally 5 mins before closing, Christopher still served me with such a friendly and kind manner. I was able to get my things quickly. great store and great staff will visit again for sure

I spent a long time waiting at the counter before I was served.. I had my items and simply wanted to pay for them. A few staff members came up to the counter, looked at me and then just walked away. I understand that they were probably helping someone, but they could have at least said oh I'll be right with you."Finally I had to ask someone if I could buy the 4 items I was holding.. I was standing at the register.. you would think it would have been obvious..The lady that served me was nice and friendly."

Big shout out to Anna in the Broadway store. She was one of the most pleasant and effective sales people I have come across. She made it known that she was there to assist me without any kind of pushiness..which is an art these days. When I required assistance she was immediately there to help and was a lovely conversationalist who showed genuine interest in me as a person ...again a rarity. You were 5 stars Anna

I went to the store at broadway to change my bed linen in the afternoon today (17/12/18), met the OLD ASIAN WOMAN, who has bad customer services. She showed her sour face & cranky when I asked questions. She left my new linen on the counter without asking guest to check or ask if guest needs anything else. Luckily I met Christopher, who was so helpful & friendly. He helped me choose my linen & gave good advises.

Really nice! Products are a bit on the higher end in terms of price but they see very nice. The staff are friendly and approachable. Overall lovely experience.

The asian lady said we get 15% off and that’s the only reason we registered for membership there. But afterwards she said no 15% off without explaining anything. Feeling dodged. Especially from a more premium shop like this one.
