I have previously used this Business for over 15 years with numerous vehicles,I have had my radiator replaced twice now with my current car and have learned today that my thermostat has been removed and was told from another mechanic that my vehicle is hard to buy parts for and maybe been removed by them.The new owner is rude and is apparently always busy and will not help out when there is a serious issue going on with my car.NOT GOING BACK.

Took my radiator in for a repair. Paid the $150 for crimping. Had the mechanic install it ($200), and it was still leaking. Order a new one instead ($595) through these guys but no refund was given on the repair job. I'd assume a repair should have fix the problem, but the owner didn't see it the same way. Nice guy, but really if you are doing repairs they should do the one thing they are paid to do, stop the leaks...

These guys are absolutely legends. Noticed a drama with my Vehicle dropping coolant level. We are traveling through the area on Holidays. The guys were able to sort us out in short notice and sorted the issue out so we could get back on the road.Can't thank them enough for their great customer service and help. Highly recommended

Very Average... Had a new radiator fitted and as soon as I got home the radiator light came on. I called them up and told them and they stated it came on during the test drive (but they failed to mention that to me when I picked it up).They then asked me to check the fluid levels of the radiator and reservoir (after spending around $600 on a brand new radiator). So I did this and they were both ok. They didn't ask me to drop it in to have another look, but put it down to the sensor in the reservoir and told me it would cost around $300, but they would get back to me (which they didn't).So I decided to try elsewhere as I was unhappy with what I had experienced. New mechanic explained radiator cap wasn't the right one and therefore wasn't sealing correctly and was allowing vapour to escape which meant that the level of the reservoir was emptying.Since I've had this fixed it's all working but could have resulted in major damage to my car.RESPONSE:No this wasn't within the last month. I have been trying to get this issue diagnosed / rectified.As I explained in my review, I wasn't satisfied with my previous service which is why I didn't come back. The sensor is working perfectly and the reason the radiator light is coming on is because the reservoir was totally empty because of the vapour escaping.Yes, I'm totally certain it was Currumbin Radiators.The same day I explained that I wanted a starter motor issue checked as well and you forgot to do that check. I understand everyone has bad days but I gave several opportunities when I called up. Unfortunately you tried to diagnose the issue over the phone, which resulted in me wasting a lot of my own time and more money to get this fixed.

This is the only mechanics I go to for the last 6 years. They always make time, quality is amazing and they reasonably charge. I’m a young woman and the mechanics always take time to explain any problems, Mark has taught me how to check my car oils and fluid and makes me feel very comfortable in the shop!!

Couldn’t be happier with the service and the price. I had the car booked in at a general mechanic, then the radiator cracked the day before. I got a quote from that mechanic for the extra work on the radiator, then a quote from Currumbin Radiators and it was nearly HALF the price including parts and labor at Currumbin Radiators. Same day in and out service, lovely customer service with some adorable dogs. I was recommended CR by my neighbour, and he the same good things to say about them. Thanks Currumbin Radiators :)

Not honest with what was the full extent of damage to our car. Fixed radiator, hoses and thermostat and charged $1900. No itemised account. Turns out the engine was stuffed but not told. He wouldn’t look me in the eyes. Would not recommend.

Honestly do not recommend this service to anyone.Went there multiple times to fix my AC, was charged over $1000 dollars and it is still not working. Got a different mechanic to have a look at it and he fixed on the day for me for just $100. Very disappointing service and customer service.
