I am not the type that usually leaves a review, but I must say I am very impressed with J&M Heat Exchange's customer service and the way they support their warranty. I purchased an outdoor single stove from their online store and had a minor issue within 10 days after receiving the item. All it took was one phone call and they replaced the faulty item with a brand new one within 2 working days to Sydney and have constantly kept me updated. I definitely recommend this business as they were honest, reliable and provided great customer sevice which I havent experienced in a very long time.

Great range of stock, terrific priced, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Bought product via ebay. Item attachments didnt make sense.I have limited time there remote bush property. Finally opened bag again to sort. Took gas kit to Reece plumbing and they said nope your right this wont work. Found correct item on ebay and contacted you via ebay email with very clear pics of your faulty item and correct one from Total gas. You ignored my contact via ebay, and ebay also agreed item under Australian consumer law not fit for purpose".YOU have also ignored contact from ebay.All i require is an adaptor ? and you are causing this ?????.Your grubby and i hope many read this and make a concious decision to go elsewhere.Ps im only just starting"
