Jay and his team were a pleasure to work with! Super friendly, punctual and did a great job of our bond clean including carpet clean and were very reasonably priced. Easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend and use again!

Short story, 7 hours to clean a 3B/1B house that “shouldn’t take too long” was a bit much!Pros:• Good and friendly communication prior to the day of the clean.• Reasonable prices (minus the up-charge on the day).• Overall, a good job on the clean. It looked really good, but they did miss some easy spots that shouldn’t have been missed after 7+ hours.• The bond clean receipt came through really quickly which was nice.Cons:• 7+ hours to clean our 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom house that was in really good condition prior to the bond clean is excessive and there were still items that were missed (see photos of baseboard corners in multiple locations, we also had to remind them to finish the back deck, etc). When they did the walkthrough before they started, we were told “this shouldn’t take too long” and in my mind that would be 3-4 hours and NOT 7+ hours. We texted checking on a status at the 4-hour mark and were told that they weren’t sure how long it would take which is odd as this is a cleaning business and an estimate on completion time should be pretty standard.• They up-charged us on the day to clean the walls as that was “required,” there were only a few spots that needed it and I should have just done it myself as it was an extra $80 on the day and they didn’t even get all the spots. It took me about a minute with a magic eraser to get the spots they missed…• 3 people showed up, only 2 stayed to clean so that was a bit of a bait and switch.• Communication on the day was poor. When we checked in for a status update, we were told it was going to take an indeterminate amount of time longer. This is a cleaning business and I understand a bit of extra time, but saying it shouldn’t take too long and then hours and hours goes by with no communication was frustrating. We had to stay around the area waiting for them as we didn’t know if would be an hour more or several (it was several). They also said they couldn’t access the laundry even though I explained where the garage door opener was when they did the walk-through so they could access the laundry that morning so they made it seem like it took extra time as they couldn’t access it, even though they could.

We are beyond amazed with PnK cleaning services. The process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. Very friendly and punctual. Billy went through the apartment with us on what was going to be done for our bond clean and any recommendations. The place looks better than when we initially moved in! Pnk really are the best bond cleaners we have used! From providing a quote, pricing, punctuality & the cleaning standard we were extremely happy with the service and care taken for our end of lease clean. Rafael did a superb job and alhough I'm quite particular and did a clean prior to leaving you could really tell! Rafael did my bond clean, he was very professional and the invoicing given before matched the price upon inspection. He was super thorough and even removed stubborn mould marks out of the shower that I had tried to remove many times. Will use their services again.
