Sun Rays Solar

I wish i could give half a star to this company. I got system installed at my place 3-4months ago, i have been given no information about how to track solar production,no info about wherw should i be contacting or what app to install. Guy from other solar company told me that i could track all this online then i made contact to sun ray solar to find out. I had to speak to 3 diffrwnt people just to hear that i should call headquater and sent me phone number of solax company. Any way now i am stuck with company and spent all day to set up the app online system ,still they cant help and had to wait for someone else to call me back. So moral of the story please ask the instraller while getting quote to set up everything on your device before you go ahead. Not like this company who didn't even give right information to us. Please prove your service
