Works were not formalised or communicated by the agent, Whelan Property; the plumber claimed that 2 pumps had broken which was not the case; took a brief from one of the owner’s children instead of a committee member; old pumps had to be reinstated; a classic case of some one trying to profit out of poorly managed strata.
