Popular with backpackers. Huge pub feed at a great price. Excellent for meeting people from all around the world. Down side is that it is very busy. Tip is to eat early before the crowd arrives.

I've been going to the Woolshed for 9 years now and I can say right now that it's got the best party atmosphere of all the clubs. The staff are great, they've got the friendliest security, really fast service and the music is across the board great! The blonde asian lady behind the bar was very friendly when I needed help too, would highly recommend!

As much as I would like to pump up the jam, I find myself incapable due to a disappointing lack of Fatman Scoop. How am I able to ascertain the status of the single ladies and whether or not they are able or willing to make noise.

Nice bar but security staff are notorious for kicking people out for being too drunk" - even if you are sitting quietly at a table and NOT sleeping or staggering or being disorderly or anything like that. They don't even tell you what you did to be thrown out. Shame as it was a good night until then."
