Very dissatisfied. As we waited 10 mins in the car park. I walked into the shop. Other people were waiting looking angry. I was severed 2 or 3mins after walking in. The chicken was not chill that i asked for the chill sause was in my kids meal. Thank god she did not eat the sause.

Slowest service EVER! More interested in moving the uber type deliveries than getting orders to the walk-ins! Forget it if you are in a hurry!!

The Ultimate Double Whopper lived up to its name, well, almost. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the process of ordering and picking up my food smooth. I would definitely order this again.

I have been a regular customer at this hungry jacks for about 3 months now but have noticed the staff are a bit rude, I feel it's not worth the trouble to come and get a bit of food.I do understand it's not an easy job to work but you have to be polite in customer service, the staff do get abused by some customers but when a good customer comes in I feel like they don't get treated well.It can be the young staff mentality to not show respect but of course as you get older you learn to be polite, I guess people can go to the store and judge from themselves.

Great service offered by Kylie in the drive thru.She was friendly and polite.I ordered a Whopper with cheese, no pickles and heavy tomato. It was hot, juicy and delicious!Wait time was minimal.Great playground for children.Wheelchair ♿ parking and access is available.

Carolina whooper was pretty pathetic. But over all was what U expect from HJ so not really disappointed.Maybe one day they will pass laws for fake advertising for fast food. So the they are forced to serve food that looks remotely like the picture.

The Jacks Fried Chicken Boneless Pieces certainly don't look like the chicken pieces shown on the TV advertisement. They just look more like thin larger nuggets with fine crumbs not the panko crumbs. Won't be ordering them again.

Dirty old stale chips that tasted and felt like that had been left out for an hour. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE. Waited nearly 10 minutes in the drive through, not sure what I was waiting for as it certainly wasn’t fresh fries!!!!
