We purchased some library shelving from a company in South Australia and TMS were the couriers they used to send the product. Even though very clearly labelled fragile etc they were clearly mishandled and arrived damaged and left outside. TMS were contacted immediately and would not accept responsibility and were completely unhelpful in providing a solution or any assistance what-so-ever. I will not use them.M Kent (Principal)
