Overpriced for what you are getting. Some good discounts, but not what I would call good value.

Team member in charge of running the day is absolutely useless. Can’t be bothered to even move from the counter to help customers.

Ridiculous how they do not let entrance because my drink was in a cup holder on my pram. Who are the workers to deny entry to someone where there’s no proper policy in place that you can not have a drink to enter. I asked where the policy was she couldn’t even show me so clearly it’s pick and choose who can enter the store!!!

Was stopped by the staff at the entrance that we were not allowed to enter the store because of our pram/stroller. Our stroller was a travel stroller that didn’t take much room. We also didn’t have food or drinks. I gazed in and saw that there were other families who had strollers in the store. Not long after, I saw a family walk out with a large pram. Very inconsistent and frankly discriminatory. I asked another staff in the store if it was a policy in their store not to allow prams and she responded that it was not the case. She passed my concern to another staff who ended up speaking to that staff member. I hope that staff named Donghao realises that he blatantly lied.

For such an up-market brand I have never seen such unfriendly and rude staff. From the moment you walk-in the vibe is not welcoming, and staff really don’t acknowledge customers and ask them if they require any help. As we walked to the register we went the wrong way the staff member rudely replied I am serving the customer go around”. I went to pay for an item and it scanned up with a higher price which did not match the ticket price. Although the price difference was a petty amount of $3 it was the principle. I politely requested that I should be paying the amount that scanned up and the lady in charge quite rudely said “According to ACCC we don’t have to sell the item to you we can withdraw it”. I don’t mind people being very matter of fact but in retail you should also have manners and politely speak to customers regardless of whether they are wrong or right.I highly suggest that a reputable brand such as Tommy Hilfiger train staff in customer service. Off all the Tommy stores I have visited in Australia and abroad this must be one of the most impolite stores I have been to.Step up your customer service skills Tommy Hilfiger!

Extremely rude staff. I don’t understand what the problem is allowing an adult to bring a coffee into the store and not to mention being rude about it. Get a grip and remember you are all working in customer service. Go a couple of shops down to Ralph Lauren when you can shop without skulling your coffee and the staff actually acknowledge your existence.

Not allowed to enter in because we are carrying milk tea? You are on the same level of food court. What a joke!

Your store is right outside food shops yet we weren’t allowed in with our newly purchased cup of coffee. What type of store doesn’t allow adults to shop with their coffee? Your staff are incredibly rude. I’m from interstate and hands down, rudest TH store I’ve been in.
