After a short 25 minute wait we received our two Reds BoxesEverything was stale the Buns the Chicken the Chips! It wasn’t enjoyable at all. Not to mention a staff member wearing jewellery around there Wrist and watching them pick up something off the floor then serve food without washing there hands.

I love red rooster. It is a highly underappreciated fast food restaurant and I've had it. Red Rooster gets over looked again and again despite putting out better food in higher quantities than many other fast food joints! And it's Australian. Show some loyalty Australia! Take charge and eat Red Rooster more often!

Have tried multiple times to get in contact with the Wagga store via the form they tell everyone to fill out and they keep ignoring me. Received the most rancid chicken, it tasted off and like it had been refried about 7 times with the tiniest drizzle of honey sauce on it. It honestly didn’t taste safe to eat. It annoys me more that they have refused to respond to my complaint, as if I had just received an acknowledgement I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review. Very poor food and very poor service. For the massive price you pay there, it’s not worth the risk of getting disgusting old food. Sometimes the food there is amazing, but I haven’t and won’t be back after my last experience especially with the complete lack of care from management.

I'd not been to Red Rooster before and I certainly won't be going back. I ordered a BBQ Bacon Burger, a Salad Roll and a large fries. The chips were soggy and cold, totally inedible. The burger was more batter than chicken and what chicken there was, was dry. It had something I imagine were onions but had the consistency of plastic. The salad roll had a taste that I'm afraid I can't describe. I imagine it was the mayo but who knows. There was one piece of tomato, a little shredded lettuce, lots of dry chicken and a type of shredded cheese I've never come across. The bread roll was soggy although I imagine it may have started out crisp. Maybe. It's certainly advertised as crunchy". The meal gave a new meaning to junk food. Red Rooster? No thanks."

Gross. The food was about average but the place was so hot and FULL of flies. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. I definitely won't be back.

Sad place. Cold chips . Cold chicken strip's.But when I did, let them know. They replaced my food.No customers, and it took so long for the food.
