Firstly amazing receptionist, she was so happy polite and helpful a rare find these days.The room was ok, nothing bad nothing amazing, unfortunately there was a disgusting smell in our room all night, sometimes sewer smell sometimes headache inducing disinfectant smell, way too strong what ever they're using. Good for the money I'd say if they can sort out the smell.

Location was excellent as we were heading off on a cruise. Rooms were a little small and a little outdated but overall were clean and tidy. It was great for a short stay. Parking was almost non-existent so if taking your car arrive early as first in best dressed. Its about two blocks from the river cats so easily walking distance to get into the city. A short walk to Portside shops as well for good restaurants and Woolworths.

I just got ripped off by this hotel. They completely misrepresented the room in the booking & confirmation process (booked a 2BR and got a dog box with 3 small beds). There was no receptionist here for the peak hour of checking on a Saturday, clearly because they're ripping people off! Other bewildeted customers were hovering around the reception area looking frustrated too! I tried to call their customer service and they were clearly prepared for irate customer calls and hung up on me! Very disappointed, and hope people read this review and steer clear of these thieves!

Basic rooms, really clean, comfy beds, heads up no microwave or toaster. Would stay again. Shops close buy

Great motel for a couple of nights. Short walk to plenty of restaurants and close to the city cat wharfe. Wayne the manager was very obliging and did everything to help with an early check-in after a really early flight. Won't hesitate to stay here again.
