Outstanding Customer Service from Jade!She was welcoming, friendly and helpful.I was seeking a watch for my Son. He liked the Seiko range and after a little while viewing, Jade asked if he would like to try one on.We were still undecided on which one and wanted to check other Jewellers.When I said we'll be back later" Jade simply smiled and said goodbye. No pressure salesperson - I really appreciate that.Well we returned within 10 mins due to being ignored at a competitor across the mall.Jade once again greeted us warmly and offered us assistance again.After a lengthy view my Son finally picked a watch to try on.Jade was helpful and offered great advice.After selecting and paying

Went in store looking to buy a watch, was served by Sonia and her great customer service and knowledge of products made my purchase and experience as a whole very good.

Good service and a great range of jewellery. They also have a good range of watches.

My sister bought me an expensive watch just over a year ago for my birthday, went to wear it and it wasn’t working. Went to the store and showed them with the receipt, and they told me the battery was dead and I had to replace and pay for it myself, and said it’s been over a year therefore they couldn’t do anything. Very surprised, so I went to another store and got the battery replaced, payed myself. Don’t buy from the store, faulty products and they don’t acknowledge it.

I wish i can give them minus 5 for customer service.Once a item Being sold, their attitude and voice tone changes.Worst customer support ever.I would highly recommend my friends and family NOT to come here, i repeat DO NOT COME HERE.

Long time since I have had great customer service. Samantha from the TTP branch looked after me with pricing for a set of earrings for my daughter and also gave me a good price for my new watch I did not feel I was pushed to purchase anything. Samantha was friendly , patient with a good vibe. Great customer service from start to finish.

Visited this store today with a Deaf friend buying a watch! The staff were super friendly, and it was fantastic to see that two of them had some sign language skills! They were very kind and patient. Very happy.

Visited this store thinking I might purchase something small, Cross pendent for my daughter who is starting a new School this year. The young staff member (Adila) was very friendly and helpful, it's refreshing these days to receive such pleasant customer service. I would like to thank you for doing your job so well and making me feel valued as a customer. Based on this one experience alone I will go to Bevilles again before shopping elsewhere. Keep up that standard of service Adila, the retail world needs more like you.
