SBK is a modern karate that encompasses traditional techniques. It is relevant for modern day situations, and teaches discipline, confidence as well as self defence.It is family friendly and my kids enjoy Renshi Micks lessons on both self defence and life itself.I have personally grown more with my time at SBK.I thoroughly recommend SBK.

SBKA is the perfect place for kids and adults to learn traditional and modern martial arts in a safe and non-intimidating environment. Family run club with an emphasis on self defense, discipline, fitness and fun, the instructors cater each lesson to get the best from you regardless of your age, background or skill level. Myself and my kids have been training for several years now and the transformation in my kids confidence and ability has been amazing.Give it a go, you won't regret it!

First class instructor. Renshi Mick, has the experience and knowledge that he readily passes on to his students.His enthusiasm in the dojo is infectious and translates to a high quality of training.I would recommend this style and in particular Renshi Mick to any level of student wanting to continue, or start, their journey in martial arts.
