This is the worst auto parts store . The owner doesn't understand the Australian consumer law. I have seen him get grumpy at customers for the smallest things . He has lost great staff . He hands off problems to other staff when he assured me he would take care if it and call me but 16 days later and I had to go in to sort it out . I now go out of my way to pay more and travel further to get the service everyone deserves. Do yourself a favour shop elsewhere. The previous owners should never have sold it . Now it's sprint past auto

Staff members went above and beyond to help a customer. Came in the store to purchase replacement for my busted brake light. The staff members did not hesitate to help me replace my car's brake light. So thankful I went into this shop. Great customer service!

Ever since the name change to auto pro from sprints this place has gone down hill I now know 5 people that have been done over by this place especially when they give the wrong parts but then when returning they don't expect and throw out there shop if they do it to me I'll flog them all deadset port Adelaide has more respect for customers

Bad treatment, I tried to return a spare part only two days after purchase because I did not use it, they treated me bad, and they deducted from the main price, and did not even give me an invoice for the refund.I decided to go to Consumer and Business service SA، I will not leave them so that this situation does not repeat with other customers.

Never recommend. It was used to be good. Now bad experience. Baught a battery one year back. Went for warranty after having trouble to start the car. I gave the receipt and battery . They say it is the wrong battery and their invoice in the computer also missing and refused it. Never back again....

Very rude. I’ve come to get advice and have to deal with the owner. His arrogance was astonishing. He wasn’t very helpful at all. He didn’t want to help so I went to Gawler & received fantastic service from the Gawler Autopro. A+++ to Gawler Auto Prro.

Went there to purchase new wiper rubbers for my Ford Territory, the sales assistant was very helpful, he took off the wipe blades, changed the rubbers and placed the wiper blades back on the car. He did not charge for fitting. Thanks to sales assistant, saved me a lot of time and effort. He also did it straight away.Job well done. Highly recommended.
