Great, when we rang to get our dog seen to due to ripping off a nail they saw us quickly and had it fixed in 10mins. First time we have used them since coming to the area.

Good and bad experiences here, animal care should be primary, not how much money they can charge with 'add on tests'. Quite high clinic costs & poor surgical documentation in the past for follow ups. Many vets have come and gone over the last eight years?Building trust again, a new vet this time, (didn't bother introducing himself), but treated my dog well for a good outcome. That's what counts.

Very disappointing experience, after over ten years being a client, I was refused taking my cat home after my card said I had exceeded my limit. I’m a farmer & had paid several accounts earlier in the day. I’ve spent many thousands of dollars with this Clinic & would have come back the following day to pay the account. They took my cat out of my arms & returned her to a cage. I was informed the Clinic had been sold to a large Vet Conglomerate, so the days of small town care for customers is over. The young woman vet was very rude & treated me very disrespectfully. I suggest go elsewhere.

Jill (veterinarian) is lovely and has a friendly team working there. Barbie (German Shepherd) quite likes her visits there.
