Victoria is one of the best in the business. She has many years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable. My dogs go to her for their show groom and they always look impeccable! Highly recommend her salon.

Calling ' In The Dog house ' was the best thing I've ever done ! my shoodle puppy was well due for haircut, groom and the usual maintenance. Unfortunately due to my busy life everything on my puppy was over grown significantly.The customer service over the phone and in store was 10/10, the staff listened very carefully to what want to be done to my puppy eg. How short I want the haircut from the nose to the ears to the paws and to the tail and they ment my criteria. They are well professional business and price was so accepting and affordable, there was no hidden fees upon completion. They are honest with what state say and are very promising.I high recommend, upon picking up my puppy I was so overwhelmed with happiness and the result, They are the dog Gurus.

Could not recommend a more professional, caring and meticulous groomer for our 3 year old Australian Shepherd. I have started to have our dog groomed at Comb and Collar every 4-6 weeks now for our big, VERY high maintenance double coated Aussie. I have been to several other groomers in the Penrith/Blue Mountains area but have been the most impressed with the quality of grooming done by Victoria.

Our puppy was treated so well for her first groom. Lovely staff, we're already booked for the next one.

We have an old, sick, diva labradoodle with a curly thick coat that can be a real pain. We picked her up and she looked amazing and had a big smile on her face. Victoria is lovely and the service was quick and good value for money!

Amazing Groomers, Victoria and Alexandra were wonderful with my stressy Papillon. FiFi came out happy and looking gorgeous. Cannot recommend them enough.

Victoria is by far the best groomer I could wish for. Her salon is beautiful, her skills and knowledge are outstanding, her kindness, patience and warmth make her unique in her field. I drive from the city every second week to take my American Spaniel Zumi for grooming and she makes him look exquisite! The quality of service and results are always the best! I highly recommend Victoria to all those who want the best presentation for their fur babies!
