Worst experience ever. No customer service at all﮼ was waiting at least 2 hours until they started and couldn’t even do the design I wanted the design was very simple. And at the end she told us she had no time to do anything and that other people where waiting when the shop was empty. After I told her I didn’t want to pay she grabbed my hand with such aggression and wanted to cut them all off.

I have been having my nails done for 30 years all over Australia and the world and never had a worse experience than this.I continually asked the lady not to squeeze my fingers because she was hurting my arthritic joints so much but she took no notice and I just gave up and suffered through it.I was left with grazed, bloodied fingers from the electric files. All my fingernails slanted to the left and some had big bumps.I complained to the manager who didn’t offer any assistance so I walked straight to another salon to have them fixed.Absolutely terrible job! Their 2.8 rating on here should be much lower!

I’ve been supporting local for many years. Most occasions the ladies at fashion nails provide a quality product, however the customer service or lack of has a lot of room for growth.Today I was charged $50 to take off shellac (on my toes) and the lady who did my pedicure missed two important steps of a very basic service. Cleaning under the nail and moisturising. When I went to ask was that meant to be included I was met with a dumbfounded look and was told “they saw me get that done”. I then said I didn’t… the lady serving me continued to argue they had. I was made to get cash out ($3 extra bank fee), no rub or moisturiser and no empathy that I was not satisfied.I’ve walked out for the final time, unhappy with orange spots still on my toes and a bitter taste in my mouth. Good luck for the future. I hope y’all read this and alter your attitudes and procedures.

Worst nail’s ever. Usually my nails last 3-4 weeks before having to refill these all come off with in under 3 days.

Absolutely WORST service and SNS I’ve ever had!The was at the salon for over 2.5 hours due to the appalling service. Pedicure was substandard, but definitely not the worst thing about this salon!The SNS lasted 2 days and was awful…. Not the shape I asked for, the products used were gross and dirty!The nail technician filed my pinky until it bled.Within 2 days they broke and peeled off.Within 4 days I had none left…. Also incredibly expensive- a total rip off! ‘Cash only’ ? Even more reason to question the scruples and quality of this salon.I WILL NOT return there, despite it being a local business.

Had SNS done. They literally lasted 2 days and started cracking. This is my nails after a week of having them done. Some nails have fully cracked through on the surface and the rest are cracked under. Also don't agree with their cash only and claim their machine has broken. I will reporting them to the Belmont Forum shop and having someone look into them. Will not be a returning customer.

Got a pedicure today. The girl did my scrub and massage before doing nail work and removing my shellac.I’ve never had someone cut my cuticles and get the skin around my toes before.I bled on my toes not once, not twice but three times from where she had cut me while removing my cuticles and then on my big toe from where she wasn’t careful enough using the electric nail drill.At one point I had to pull away because it was so painful..I was going to get a set of acrylic nails done afterwards however have my toes done and not being impressed I walked out.I was still charged the full amount of $55 after not having a satisfactory treatment.This is the second time I’ve been to this salon and not received a great treatment. It’s a shame because I’m local to the area and will no longer return nor will I recommend to anyone.Please do something about the consistency of your work and work on delivering a satisfactory service.

Had to wait 55 minutes - wasn’t made aware of any wait time at all.Asked for a pedicure, did not get one.All they did was change my nail colour and then charge me $40Didn’t clean anything between clients (I was waiting long enough to watch several people leave and others come in)

Worst Pedicure I ever had. Very expensive for the kind of service I had. Pedicure was done by a young man, he doesn’t like what he’s doing he should not be doing manicure and pedicure. While he’s doing the foot spa he’s looking away, how can he do proper spa if he’s not paying attention to what he’s doing. I wish this salon get a professional who knows how to do manicure and pedicure. What a waste of money. Not recommending this place. I wished I have read the reviews here before trying their service. Poor quality. I rated 1 star because there was no available no star. I posted a photo of my toe nails with polished, look how bad it looks. I can do better than what he did.

i usually always go here to get my nails done and have never had such a terrible experience. clearly a new staff member, however, she was rude - pushed my hands multiple times and whilst i was upset i was shaking and she had the audacity to say “stop moving”. asked for a manicure and didn’t even receive one. would of rather painted my own nails. do not go here. i won’t be returning and they have lost a valued customer.
