The lady thats there, is one of the rudest and arrogant women I've come across working in customer service.. as they were very busy due to breakdown. She was telling an old man who wasn't able to walk fast to hurry up.. I would prefer to have 50 vouchers than have to deal with her again.. 3 stars were given for the ease, and convenience..

Love their mobile service, they pickup in Orange weekly. No having to line up at the reverse vending machines. Professional, informative & friendly staff. Bookings for collection are very easy with the online form.

I love going there very handy place. If people understood what they go through dealing with people who can’t follow simple instructions etc. people have bad days people need to remember that. Amazing how people live in glass houses

got to the cash and earn at 12 even though said that they shut at 2 very rude they refused to serve us after we travelled to get there .inconvenient and rude

I would rather crawl on my hands and knees dragging my Bags too the Op shop at River, putting one item at a time into machine and then go to Woolworths with docket than have this individual meat out it's frustrations on myself or innocent persons. Her Partner is a lovely fellow who seems very quiet polite and happy to help. Plus almost every time changes the rules of which we of cause have known about for a very long time. Paul Toole needs to take this matter up with the next council meeting.
