Rudest staff I've encountered at any coles I've visited in Australia. The elderly lady stocking the lettuce forcing my wife and child out of the way with her cart was a disgusting act. Grumpy old lady should have stayed home if she hates her job.

Possible one of the worst Coles, for customer service, I’ve been in. Standing at the express counter last night, with my one item, whilst a lady the staff knew, unloaded her half full trolley and stood there and talked with 2 of the people working in the booth. Rather than call those with less items around to the other register, we were looked at and the conversation continued. THEN walking out the door, an employee who was off to get trolleys from the car park, kicked a plastic bag out onto the footpath, when it got stuck around his foot. The then walked off and only stopped when I said something.If this is what your staff are like, they need a good shake up!!
