Shopping at this coles at 930pm no one at the counter helping like this coles can’t afford paying staff wage service at counter ,end up do yourself paying $245 ,I would never shopping at this coles again avoid this store if you doing late night shopping no one is helping.if I have 0 star give to This store .

They still sell lebrara sim card which wont work. year in year out.it kept charging ppl like yoh. if u want return, ask lebrara call center for approval up to 14 days?staff are incapable of refund and unwilling to help. They dont understand you pay for a blank sim card. Dont even bother to look at it.Low wagers wont make other low wager life easier.Hence, avoid unethical bad actor and their loser driven culture.Go ALDI local stores.

Nothing special and has everything you need. Bakery, Deli, fresh seafood, fresh meat & poultry, fresh fruit and vegetables, large freezer section, personal and household items.Good size self service checkout with another 5 or so registers.

Ordered a click a collect, only to find out that 2 bags missing when I got home. Phoned the two numbers provided on the order receipt - both disconnected. Make sure you check your order before you leave to save the hassle of driving all the way back to collect. Didn't take the stress out of shopping unfortunately.

The blonde girl was so rude when being asked a question, we went to ask someone else and she started shouting across the store that they can't help either. Truly disgusting attitude.

Coles Ashfield is well situated within the complex.At the time of my shopping there, there were many aisles short of stock.Something unusual and annoying at the same time.

I purchased 3 of this product on the pics that was suppose to be on special for $10.5.I was charged $7each.$21 total.They did not applied the discount (50%) because the promotion was expired but the tags was still on...I did not realize on the spot so I paid and left.When I realize I return the product and I ask for my discount.The staff check and they told me I was right, a mistake has been made.They told me that Coles policy in this case is: 1 product for free ($7) and the other 2 are half price ($3.5*2).They were willing to refound me $7 only and were able to keep the products.I try to explain to the staff that the maths was not right and they have to refound me $14 in case they were applying the Coles policy or at least $10.5 in case the were applying only the 50% discount...After few minutes, I return ALL the product and I get a $21 refound because they were insisting that I was entitle of $7 only.Frustrating experience.

Coles in ashfield has the most poor customer service that I've been.I went to there to buy some groceries.and i found eye massager and cutlery set in the clearance section. There were no price tickets. So I ascked one of the staff who wore the black uniform if i can check the price of thoes products. He told me he doesnt know. That's it. Of course, I didn't expect that he told me precisely the price of items. and also I didn't expect he replied like that.As staff, he could try to check the price with the devices. Or simply he could let me know that I have to check it on the counter. I don't think it was the best way to say to someone who visits every week and spends money.This happens not only for today. Whenever I ask somebody to find a the number of the aisle,their face made me feels like I did something wrong.I don't want to visit here again.
