Soak Bathhouse - Gold Coast

Lovely spa day with my girlfriends! Great soaking in the communal pools & enjoying drink. Will be back!

Lovely decor, customer service, aesthetic etc however I probably wouldn’t return. The pools are Luke warm and not overly relaxing, ideally they should be warmer. Spa pools were also averagely warm. The sauna needed to increase in heat, it was barely making a dint and definitely not hot enough. Not really worth $58.00.

Booked massage, soak and sip.Massage was one of the worst I've had. Could go into great detail of that but won't bore you. My friend enjoyed her massage.My friend and I were expecting to have Prosecco or Sparkling wine in probably a plastic champagne glass, but were given canned drinks like gin and pins - no glass or cup. Might be our age - in our 50s that this is not the luxury we were expecting. The warm pools were nice. The outlook was construction and shops nearby. The place certainly needs a few tweaks to be luxurious and peaceful. Even in our massage you could hear people chatting and laughing in the thermal pools outside. Not really a relaxing atmosphere. Both of us said we were cold during the massage. Perhaps relying on tourists not coming back instead of locals.

My friend and I had a nice relaxing time at Soak. Friendly staff and great facilities. I will definitely go back soon.

Lovely place to unwind and recover, they have a wide variety of pools and spas ranging from 34-38C mineral spas to sauna and steam rooms and also the 12.5C cold plunge. They also have packages for soak and sip and massages. A nice activity to go alone or as a couple, hell even groups would work.

Soak Bathouse was perfect for a relaxing weekend. My best friend and I did a 90 min soak and it was so worth it. Will definitely come back. They had a gluten free snack option as well!

So relaxing, helpful staff, wasn’t too crowded even on a Sunday afternoon. Really felt the Wellness benefits of alternating plunging from warm to cold to hot. 90 minutes went so quickly! Can’t wait to return!

Love the Soak experience, have been to the GC and west End venue, both exceptional. Make a really great and unique gifting experience! Wish the cold plunges were a little bit bigger and deeper but overall cannot fault it. There is a sauna included in the normal package so didn’t have to pay extra.

Great place to go to relax yourself or with family and friends . There are different pools to choose from ; ranging from 12.5 degree to 38 degree . They also recommend what pool order to go which is best for you .Highly recommend !
