arrived at around 10:40pm (they were meant to close at 11pm, Saturday hours). Waited in drive thru for 5 minutes, before being told on the speaker sorry we're closed at 10:45pm. I said I've been in the drive thru since 10:40pm and you're meant to be open until 11Their excuse then switched to we've run out of chicken". I could hear the worker being coached by someone in the background as to what they should say.If you'd have told me sorry we're lazy and have turned off the fryers early I'd have appreciated the honesty. But don't lie about itWent to Forest Hill Hungry Jack's after who were open to take my order at 10:55pm despite closing at 11"

Ordered online, got to drive thru , told to wait for my order out in the car park, more than 40 minutes later I had to go inside store a second time to see what was happening. Told they had run out of chicken and had to wait 20 minutes to cook some more. All the while, this customer was told nothing. When order came through , drove home to find the large chips was missing from the order. The staff had tried to make up for the debacle by adding some extra chocolate mousses and an extra coleslaw side, which was generous but overall a very incompetent experience.

Not the first time. I am your app order 2022-12-02 #1514. Look what I got from my order, half filled chips.Last time I didn't leave 1 star review, I contact KFC via App.Got No reply whatsoever .This store used to be the best KFC franchise within 10km. And yeah.... Truly past tense, used to be.

The Dirty Bird can't go wrong. You may mentally regret life choices once the meal is consumed, and question your existence? You won't remember the regret the next time and will eat there again and again each time forgetting.

I made order by APP. I highly recommend customer check your items. Because every time come with missing items. Don't think you can call back to store because there is no one care and going to pick up you call. Take care yourself everyone.

Absolutely tiny hot and spicy boneless pieces. We paid 6.5 for three! What a scam!This is not as advertised! Under Australian consumer law I demand a refund thanks! Or a free bucket of chicken.Can’t believe this happened, train your staff to be normal and give normal sized pieces of chicken.

Paid $24.50 for 2 burger buns and hash browns loathed in sauce, chicken was completely raw in both tower burgers. Chips were ridiculously salty and inedible.

Food was great however the tables were disgusting hadn't been wiped since I don't know when , someone had spilled a drink that was sticky on the floor rubbish on the floor bins overflowing. A worker walked in didn't wash her hands casual clothes hair not tied back helped herself to Food the whole restaurant was disgustingly filthy

Cannot get orders right. Food poorly packed. Chicken often still cold. Doesn't matter what time of day, you will be disappointed if you get food from here. Staff and management should be ashamed of themselves.Update: 3 months later and still the worst service in the country. All staff here need to be retrained.
