I’ve had issues with my orders. Ie. missing beef in egg and sausage muffins and half empty large coffees, however, when I’ve contacted management or worker at the check out, I’ve received exceptional customer service and they’ve fixed my order promptly. The best McDonald’s I’ve come across so far.

Extremely disappointed. I went there to get two coffees and ham and cheese toasty and they charged me $5.10 for the toasty while it supposed to be $4 when you get a coffee. But that’s fine y didn’t say anything, but when I told him my code for my point collection of the rewards system they guy just said he can’t do that it’s too late. And I asked to him so I will lose my points and he said yes he can’t do anything that’s it’s too late. I probably won’t go back again to that shop. 100% disappointed

Absolutely beautiful crew here. Reece was happy, cheerful and a fantastic server. The manager on duty ( beard and young) was perfect too.

Gen is amazing! She's always so friendly and welcoming whenever I go to McDonald's. She's also super efficient and gets my order right every time. Plus, she's really fast at getting my food ready. I always enjoy my experience when Gen is working!

I found the restaurant to be empty and there was a place to sit and eat. The staff were kind and polite and helpful and I didn't gave to wait too long for my meal .

2 issues of concern, 1 the parking is terrible whom ever designed a parking lot that you cant turn around should create mazes for a living. 2 customer service, no one is expecting bright and bubbly, but man did the drive through guy need a snickers. Also 10 minute wait backlog wasn't great. Food was surprisingly good!

So as far as a Maccas goes it's your standard fast food service. I went while up in Torquay and my Big Mac was made in the most weird/unique way. Still tasted like a Big Mac though.

Rarely the food put together in a presentable manner more often looks like it is been thrown together from the other side of the room. I don't think I've ever had a cold drink. The service counter area often looks like a scene out of Hiroshima movie
