Excellent service and very friendly staff. Got my visa in just 1.5 months, which has an average processing time of 6 months. I want to particularly appreciate the efforts of Aletta, who was my agent/lawyer who helped me throughout the visa journey.

We reached out to Bardo lawyers CBD requiring assistance with a Schedule 3 waiver. Seeing they had a great record with successfully having them waived we decided go with Aletta, as she is fluent in both English and Mandarin. She was very professional and although we were very stressed due the limited amount of time we were given to make a submission, she was able to handle the situation calmly and made sure we approached every avenue to get a positive outcome. It took around 10 months for a decision and with Aletta’s help we were able to have the schedule 3 waived. During that time Aletta was always there to answer any question either by email or phone when she was able to.
