A great informative course which was interactive and informative. Janice was a great teacher and told relatable stories to link to the learning experience. I’ve done a few first aid classes but this one was the best and I learnt new things related to the changes in first aid as well as fun facts.

Janice presented well and kept the atmosphere lite, fun and interactive.The toilets needed a good clean and it was disappointing to not have milk or tea and coffee provided. I can only compare this experience with First Aid Courses I have complete years ago... so for the price I paid some tea, coffee and biscuits would have been valued for an all day training course such as this.Thank you for a great day! :-)
