Absolutely disgusting service,Stated there will be a return and in fact there was a huge bill,Selected that my house mate is on a working visa (high tax) when they are in fact on a permanent Visa.Be carful of these Tax agents.Over priced and under trained.

Will never use this company again, last year my fee was around $90 to do my tax returnThis year I was charged $260 to complete my tax return, yet the call centre said at most I should of been billed $170. I will just risk it doing it myself next year

Never go there to do tax again. The big lady called Lynn in Q-Tax Morayfield is the rudest you can come across. She did not even complete my tax return , but want to charge me full amount. She constantly hang up on me when I try to ring her to sort things out. I would put 0 star for it as well

The lady was nice and quick to complete my partners return. Didn't tell us her fee until she'd finished and it was too late to back out though. And even than we were getting more online than through the agency. Disappointed to say the least

The worst tax company in history. They gave me misinformation then lodged my tax return without sharing the HUGE discrepancy, even after they ASSURED me I'd be receiving a certain amount back. I agreed to lodge on the basis of the information they gave me, so I paid and then they changed everything once I did. They'll happily overcharge, take your money and then not deliver on what they discuss with you beforehand. Seriously, don't ever use them. So many more honest accountants out there.
