Always so easy to attend Stirling Central Health Clinic. Easy to book online, Staff friendly and the whole process is well streamlined and flows well. Very organised.

This has been my family’s clinic for decades however in the last five years there has been significant decline in the quality of the general practitioners and management.All members of my family have been let down medically by sub standard care and doctors not being thorough and just plain lazy. If I described every case I’d be here all day but just to illustrate most recently a family member went to see a GP there presenting with strong persistent lower right abdominal pain and asked for scans. Scans were cast aside and pain relief and antibiotics were prescribed for a bladder infection yet after a week of more pain and referral to a different GP and finally scans turns out it was a serious issue with an organ. Just one of the may failures to diagnose and be thorough. Strongly encouraging family to source a new clinic.

The people at Stirling Central Health Clinic are lifesavers. You get the impression that they are not just there to help you if you have a health issue but that they want to keep you well not in need of help.The girls at the desk [all girls] are friendly courteous and adaptable. They will try to bend the rules if necessary to make the clinic's timetable fit the patient instead of the other way around. I am very happy with my experience with the clinic.

I have come here for 3 of my 5 COVID shots and am always pleased with how things work. So organised, fabulous staff, didn't even feel the needle and I'm a big scaredy cat. Great clinic.

Love our local clinic so very much! The staff are all friendly, professional and accommodating. We see Dr. Silva, who has always given us the best of care, as a family and has frequently gone above and beyond to ensure our littlest ones get the best care. The clinic has many a times for us in last minute due to very sick children and we are so very grateful for it.

It is always a pleasant experience to attend appointments with Doctor Basil Tsakalos. I would highly recommend him based on his tactful and considerate approach and his clearly profound knowledge of medical science. Wait times are usually short at Stirling Central, and the reception staff are courteous.
