True North Float is a hidden gem. One of the benefits of attending a smaller facility it that it is so peaceful, and almost feels like your own home. The owner (James) is a wonderful host and makes you feel extremely welcome. He explained the float tanks, sauna and muscle recovery equipment well and they also offer a relaxation area so you can sit and gather your thoughts, have a cup of tea and just chill out when you've finished your session.A confirmation and reminder system sends your booking to your email so there's no risk of forgetting an appointment. I've also had to change an appointment and I wasn't left feeling like I'd inconvenienced anyone.True North Float has a wonderful warm feeling about it. The venue is modern and inviting and the hospitality feels personal. It's a great space and I highly recommend trying them. The extended hours are great also for being able to go in the evenings.5 stars from me :)

Wonderful experience. James is very knowledgeable in his field. The facilities are state of the art and amazing. Extremely clean environment and wonderful service.

I got the trial package which was a good value. Great floating and sauna experience today. Friendly staff, very relaxed ambience, amenities are thoughtfully prepared. Next time I will do sauna first and then floating as they only have shower facility attached to the floatation treatment.

True north float has been an incredible experience! A friend and I did the infrared sauna twice last week and have absolutely fallen in love with it. The space here is bliss and James is fantastic. On our first session, James took us through all the benefits, including the benefits of each infrared lighting. The entertainment (Netflix, YouTube etc) and range of tea options has made the experience even better! Looking forward to trying the float!

Fresh and revitalising vibe! Always feel good after an infared sauna session here & can definitely feel the difference in quality as opposed to other saunas I've tried. Had my first sauna, float and NormaTec massage here. Amazing! I will be back on the regular for sure. A super welcoming, lush and personal service with all the mod cons. I started off with the NormaTec massage on my legs. Following a flight the night before, all my swelling was gone. My legs felt recovered and recharged, ready for some post holiday exercise.The room was such a relaxing space, I could lay back and watch tv (foxtel and Netflix etc all provided!) or do a guided meditation. Bliss.I then followed with an infrared sauna. The colour therapy part was my fave. The private space was so relaxing and was accompanied with a herbal tea. I was able to chill out and watch my guilt pleasure on Netflix.Than my float. So relaxing. All the information provided with a smile and all the products you could ask for, for your post float shower. I cannot wait to come back on the regular. Thank you!

Amazing! My girlfriend and I came in for a compression massage and infrared sauna and had a great experience. James and Grace are lovely and provided us with a positive, calm and enjoyable environment, perfect for relaxation :)

This place is brilliant. I loved coming in and would always leave feeling refreshed and re energised. Highly recommend , especially the float and the infrared sauna.
