Duane was contacted to assist with trouble shooting our air cond failure. He went beyond to ascertain where the issue lay. Figured out it was a SA Power issue and even called them to sort it. Even on a Saturday. Super impressed with his promptness, professionalism and willingness to help. Would recommend him highly.

Just want to thank Duane for coming out and servicing my air con unit plus installing the AirTouch4 controller to my existing Fujitsu.Really impressed how he found some original installation problems and addressed and fixed those while he was there.Duane really knows air cons back to front and have recommended him to friends and family who have also been very impressed with his service, knowledge and attention to detail.Thanks Duane..!

Great serviceDuane & Jesse took time and care from start to finish, discussing, formulating and delivering the most cost and performance effective approach on our challenging west facing two storey with large windows & vaulted ceilings. Responsiveness - prompt and positive. Winter now summer - Merrett's solution was spot on. They were recommended to me and I have not hesitation in passing on that recommendation.
