My Health Team

Two years of pain in my right heel and, despite x-rays and scans, nothing showed up. Prescribed medications did not help in the least! Along came Dr Moray Wilson who recommended a session with David Chen. Reluctantly I agreed, having had previous bad experiences with podiatrists! Well, what a turnaround! David was superb and ultimately found the solution to my pain! He professionally put together a calculated and precise plan to address the problem in my foot that was causing the pain. I only wish I had found him 2 years ago! I strongly recommend him and his team!

A huge thank you to Dr David Chen and the lovely staff at My Health Team Redcliffe. I had wonderful podiatry treatment and would highly recommend Dr Chen, most importantly he really listens and understands what is imperative for a good patient outcome, and I look ahead with great hope now knowing my feet and the treatment will keep me going for a long time to come.

David from my health team podiatrists is helping my 16 year old daughter with a plantar wart. He is wonderful with children very knowledgeable in his field and has done an excellent job. Her foot is healing nicely, I would highly recommend David at my health team in Redcliffe

My Health Team were incredible at helping me recover after a dancing injury. Their physio, Mark, was very professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and gave me great advice about exercises I could do at home to help me heal quicker. These guys are definitely 'my health team', and I would come back if I need physio or other services in the future.

This practice really is such a holistic practice. From walking in on reception to going through to my appointment and then out- amazing. 5 star service all round!! It’s a relief to be able to know I’m coming in(on not so good circumstances) to guaranteed smiles and efficient friendly service. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Sam for Physiotherapy and he has been wonderful. Has such great knowledge and has made my recovery process really easy and has given me some great exercises to help heal better. I would certainly recommend him to everyone

Hi, I just wish to share a little bit about my journey with MS and My Health Team at Redcliffe Qld. I have been working with the team at My Health since 2016. When I first started I struggled with mobility, weakness in my right arm and severe fatigue. In working with the team at My Health, I have gone from spending a lot of time in my elect-chair and my walker to only needing my elect- chair seldomly and my walker occasionally, when I have a big day. With my exercise physiologist, Andrew, has worked with me on an excellent program that was catered to my specific needs and goals. Where am I today: This has helped my gait which has allowed me to run short distances (2km), on a specially designed treadmill. This has also helped with my MS issues generally. I also have deep tissue massage and acupuncture and podiatry, with My health team, which helps with my pain management. They team works together in consultation with me to get the best results for managing and slowing the progression of my MS. I am writing this to encourage anyone out there who has neurological disorder (eg MS, Parkinson etc) to please take the time to have a chat with the extremely friendly people at My Health Team. I recommend both podiatry and physiotherapy services. All the staff are helpful and friendly from first visit.David Chen gave me excellent advice for the right orthotics and my feet are very happy!Mitch McDonald has sorted a painful muscular problem and continues to support my improvement.

I cannot recommend them enough, i feel so much better since having hydrotherapy with Andrew, my muscle tone has improved enough for Andrew to advance me to light exercises in the Gym.Recently i have also had dry needling and physiotherapy from Mark and Mitchell and combined with the exercises Andrew has introduced i am so much more active. Thank you all, i cant thank you enough for all you have done for me to get me fit and healthy after my accident..
