warranty process is a joke, cant get anyone to come out to inspect, 2 faulty fans only 4 days after electricians installed them. even the sparkys said they thought they were very slow on high speed. we have had 24 Hunter pacific fans installed over the last 8 years and can honestly say will not buy any more if you can not have faults rectified.

I rate these. I have had 2 in my home for the past 5 years with no glitches. The only downside or thing to remember is that whenever power is switched off or power cut the remotes have to be paired to each fan before they work again. I’m on here looking for the company details to buy more.

If there was a zero I would give this to their customer service and support department. Cannot get them to replace a fan that has been faulty from install and they won't admit to it, and just dragging their feet.

We have 6 of these fans, and 5 have stopped working. Absolute rubbish. Whatever you do dont buy these fans.

Bought the HUNTER PACIFIC TYPHOON MACH 3 CEILING FAN - 316 STAINLESS STEEL and i have to say its one of the absolute junk that i have purchase for my house. Wish i could give 0 star on this product. Before buying their product first try to call their customer service since you have to wait for 30 minutes and they straight away brush out its not their problem its installation. Stay away from this brand.
