Positive, personable, professional support. Bailey acted in support to Brian Fairweather in the sale of our home, so our exposure was more limited, but when we met him, he was always fully up to date on the interested parties and attended the weekly in person progress meetings. His key role was on auction night when he acted as the go between in the auction room between us and the potential buyers/auctioneer. He was calm, concise, supportive and positively contributed to the successful sale on the night.

The right approach for us. Brian worked closely with us and developed a number of options on how to approach the sale. The transaction was structured to prepare several approaches in parallel with an early market exploration to a database of buyers. The successful sale to a database buyer ultimately saved us a lot of cost and effort.

Great support when moving after 50 years. Brian clearly explained what needed to happen to sell our home. He made sure we understood each stage of what should happen.As we were selling our home of nearly 50years we needed the support he offered. He was constantly in touch with updates on the progress. Our hope was for a quick sale without having to do the full “on the market” process. Brian made it happen in less than a week. We are very grateful that it happened this way.
